IV Sedation

Intravenous (IV) sedation is administered directly through a vein, inducing a deep state of relaxation. Patients typically have little to no memory of the procedure and are closely monitored throughout. IV sedation is ideal for:

• Patients with severe dental anxiety or phobia
• Complex procedures that require extended chair time
• Completing multiple treatments in a single visit
• Patients with a strong gag reflex

Oral Sedation

Oral sedation involves taking a prescribed medication before your appointment. You remain conscious and responsive, but deeply relaxed. This option is convenient, non-invasive, and effective for mild to moderate anxiety.

Deep Sedation / General Anesthesia

For patients who require a higher level of sedation — including those with significant special needs — deep sedation or general anesthesia may be recommended. Under this level of sedation, you are completely unconscious and unresponsive during the procedure. Our team follows strict safety protocols throughout.

Laughing Gas

Also known as laughing gas is a mild sedative that is inhaled through a small mask during treatment. It takes effect quickly, wears off fast, and allows most patients to drive themselves home after their appointment.
